I went to Venezuela when Chavez was in power.. everything was fine in Venezuela. In 2018-19 I went back to South America, after all the sanctions against Venezuela... now every other South American country has tons of Venezuelan immigrants & everything in Venezuela is going to hell. America would have people believe its Maduro's fault. It is 100% the fault of America's illegal sanctions. 277 Reply 11 replies @FrozenRaccoon 1 year ago Ladies and Gentlemen - This is the best youtube channel right here! Any country that stands up against the American hegemony deserves huge respect. China will cherish friendship with Venezuela because both are victims of endless bullies by the US. They will stick together. On oil import China has already diversified itself by buying oil from friendly countries. There is no shortage of oil offer to China who has to tread carefully to ensure everybody is happy. Chinese oil companies are now among the world's biggest so China will have resources to rescue Venezuela from US illegal sanctions. There are lots of ways China could help Venezuela. 41 Reply @everolclarke4205 1 year ago And what is the United Nation doing about the injustice that the US government is doing against the Venezuelan people? China has 1.4 billion and thus, even though in terms of gross carbon emisson China ranks number 1, in per capita terms China is much lower than that of the US. And one should also remember one thing: China is also the number 1 manufacturer country of the world. Industrial productions involve a lot of energy. And the finished products are being transported to all over the world. Therefore, considerable energy used in industrial production, recorded in China, but basically originated in the demands overseas, certain proportion of China's carbon emission originates from overseas rather than domestic energy consumption. One may argue that this logic applies to other countries too. True, but China is the no.1 trading partner of 140+ countries around the world, it is fair to suggest that for China, the actual carbon emisson both in gross and per capita terms should even be lower than the recorded figures. 89 Reply 5 replies @marronhombre9592 1 year ago Thanks a million again for this important and powerful program. Because of the multipolar world about to push out US Imperialism, the forever wars, coups, sanctions and other means of destabilization of those that don't comply, the downfall of the petro dollar, etc, both countries are smart to build up their relationships so as to be prepared for the upheaval that is coming. Other countries in South Am would be wise to also get in on the action, sooner rather than later. Sadly, the far-right, fascist, neoliberal forces are still strong in some major countries: Argentina's potential new president Javier Milei who would pull Argentina away from the BRICS, Chile's move further right under the weak center-left President Boric, the right wing having become stronger and taking over the rewriting of the new constitution, and pushing Pinochetism during the 9/11/73 anniversary of the coup, to name a few. I can only hope that all of the South will move sooner rather then later to partner more with China and other countries so that their people can be brought out of poverty, disenfranchisement, and inequality much sooner. 12 Reply @ShaopengChen 1 year ago Ben is the new Noam Chomsky, in reporting the geopolitical and economic issues, providing truth and insights, and exposing the USA and other western countries' hypocritical and bullying, which caused nothing but war, death, starvation, chaos and misery all over the world. People are moving on Reply 1 reply @RogerSnow 1 year ago Those of us who had uncles crippled and killed in WWII are certainly incensed at everything that has happened to Canada for many decades… events much more profound than Creepy Trudeau’s self-promoting speech in Parliament. I was born just after WWII and know the histories of each of my 10 uncles who fought the Nazis on the side of the Russians. One was bombed in Italy. One was demoted from pilot to tail gunner because he saved his “shot-up, colonial crew” by crash landing his bomber on a beach instead of among the rock fences where he might have saved his engines, instead of his men. One was crippled. One received medals as the commander of the first western tanks to reach Berlin. He wrote letters home on Hitler’s personal stationery. We had a few good years after WWII until until US Multinational Globalists determined that they could replace the bankrupt Colonial Globalists all over the world. We were forced by our Socialist Governments for 70 years to sell our grain to the Canadian Government which gave it, below World Price, to US Multinationals so the US Multinationals could promote thousands of cereals, snack foods, cake mixes etc all over the World. One cent worth of oats commonly makes five dollars worth of Cheerios. Our Socialist Governments pretended to be acting in the interest of Canadians as they forced us to quit selling “free-range” chicken, eggs, milk, butter, beef, etc… claiming that our products were not “healthy”. They forced us, with high protein prices then, to change our diets from Real-Protein to starches (carbohydrates) so we would become better markets for US Multinationals. They jailed those who refused to quit selling eggs, chicken, milk, meat, etc. They used schools and labels and media to convince us that eggs cause hardened arteries, that milk causes cancer, that meat causes heart disease, that fish causes mercury poisoning. They deliberately made us diabetic so we would vote for Socialist Governments that offered “free” insulin, “free” dialysis and “free” amputations. Our Socialist Governments made laws to prevent us from selling parts of our farms to our children and to prevent us from processing and marketing our agricultural products. Our Socialist Governments made laws to prevent us from marketing our skills to city people …without working as indentured slaves for many years. Our Socialist Governments made laws to prevent us from operating businesses out of our houses in towns and cities… so we were forced to work for US Multinational Globalists. Canada is not a Real-Country any more. We have as much oil and gas and metals and minerals as Putin, but US Multinational Globalists own all our Natural Resources, even our railroads and electrical grids. US Climate-Change Hoax Globalists print money to put creeps like Trudeau and Notley and Harper in power to choke our production to “save the planet”. They offend every potential customer so they do not have to admit that they could not sell our coal or oil or natural gas, even if they wanted to. We have only one customer and that customer already owns everything that it wants to own. We can not be saved until Putin and Xi destroy Al Gore’s Climate Change Hoax to produce, produce, produce and bring prosperity to the World. However, the current economic crisis of Venezuela is not a product only of sactions but rather many other things which are far more important (specially because trade between these countries has been in dire strays way before Maduro was in power). One cannot disregard price control and naturalisation of strategic sectors of the economy which werr effectively mismanaged and this includes not only oil production but agriculture and manufacturing. Hyperinflation took a tool in the economy as well which were a product of irresponsible fiscal policies to cover budget deficits. Mismanagement of oil production made them produce far less their previous outputs and this is entirely a irresponsible policy of chosing friends over qualified staff. Maduro administration has proven to be a rotten apple and the sactions from the US were not the root cause of their economic demise but rather the "Franz Ferdinand' moment of the their economic crisis.
